We provide replacements for damaged goods only.
To be eligible for a replacement for damaged goods, please provide us a few photos of the damaged packaging and product, and your proof of purchase or order number within 2 days of the product delivery.
Postage costs for replacement products will be covered by Expo Centric Lite, if the claim is approved.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
